English School Teachers Association” i.e. “ESTA” has been established under and affiliated to Akhil Bharatiya Kranti Sena Party in order to create a universal platform for their right to justice by establishing an organization of secondary department for English medium school. In this organization, on a primary basis, only English medium school teachers of secondary and higher secondary sections of Maharashtra will be given membership. After that all the English Medium school teachers will be given the membership. In the coming future, the government will introduce the RTE 25% Act to English medium school teachers. 25% of the stipend should be paid to the proportion of admitted students in the RTE 25% percentile. A separate Gharkul residential scheme should be given to them to have their own house. While benefiting from various government schemes, their sons and daughters should be given independent admission as per RTE 25% rule in the school where they are studying. Specially, for teachers of English medium, an approved Zilla Parishad member should be appointed in each district in the local self-government organization i.e. Zilla Parishad. English medium teachers should be listed on the board of study. Members should be appointed on the examination board. For English medium teachers to get insurance cover up to ten lakhs along with family members. There should be separate reserved seats for children from economically weaker sections in higher education. Get ration card under Antyodaya scheme. Their children should get scholarship in the student scholarship under Kamgar Kalyan Kendra. This organization will give strength to many such demands across the state. And the government will present these demands and accept them.
On this occasion, organizing training for English medium school teachers, organizing their educational conferences, conducting their literature meetings, conducting cultural festivals for them, organizing state level sports festivals for English medium school students, organizing cultural festivals, announcing ideal teacher awards, with ideal school awards. This organization is also going to increase such various activities. Through all these methods and means, we will try to raise the standard of education, improve the financial conditions of English medium school teachers, and raise their standard of living by giving them social prestige.
